All we know for certain is that if you’re that leader, you have to change your game. Through Boss Whispering® I’ll help you quickly gain insight into why there’s a perceived problem with your management style and develop management strategies that won’t upset others.
Hundreds of leaders, including legal, medical and academic professionals, have received Boss Whispering® Coaching. It’s also been taught to United Nations mediators. The program is designed to be enlightening and profoundly rewarding for you. And it’s a much better outcome than stagnation, marginalisation, demotion or at worst termination.

How it works
I liaise with your HR Department and conduct a confidential onsite assessment to determine why your colleagues have negative perceptions of you.Then you and I have about 8-10 Boss Whispering® Coaching sessions to devise strategies to overcome these perceptions. There are usually demonstrable results after the third session.
