You’re in good hands
I have more than 25 years of experience working across the corporate, private and government sectors. I have supervised coaches and have been at the coalface in revenue-driving leadership roles. My Master of Business focussed on career success, and my PhD focussed on emotions and relationships at work and on how a boss can create a workplace where dignity and hope are part of the bottom line.
I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency / Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA), with additional endorsement and advanced qualifications and training in Organisational Psychology. I’m also a board-approved supervisor and a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Organisational Psychologists.
Unlike most of my counterparts, I am also a Counselling Psychologist so I can detect your unconscious biases quickly and delve deeper, skilfully and sensitively.
