Employee Care: Addressing your most significant risk.
Employee Care is about looking after the wellbeing and leadership requirements of your employees. You’d be lost without them. That’s why they’re your most significant risk.
But this is not a one size fits all challenge. You need a range of choices to meet individual needs. Choices that will help employees meet any challenges affecting them at work. They might be psychological or they might be a skills gap. Sometimes it’s not clear, so that’s the first step. Working out the right problem to work on.
Investing in this kind of employee development and wellbeing trumps the expensive and disruptive process of recruitment and onboarding new people every time.
It’s why I partner with amazing places to work as their Organisational Psychologist. It’s a radically better approach to employee care, with each employee looked after personally by myself and my team of senior psychologists.
Who it’s for.
While this is your call, if possible, it’s great if any employee regardless of level in the hierarchy can participate. This is on an as needs basis. That is, whenever they need to and with no limitation on the number of sessions.
It’s for when an outside perspective with an internationally respected psychologist would help. For instance, it might be for:
- Day to day / routine challenges or issues, which are normally handled internally, but it’s not working.
- Specific challenges or issues, when the usual internal approaches, training, or EAP aren’t the solution.
- Sustained challenges or issues, when you know it’s time to finally address the elephant in the room.
In other words, it’s for those trickier, more complex people challenges, that aren’t so easily solved.
Here’s how it works.
It starts with a triage call. Where possible, we solve the issue there and then. If we need more time, we take it. If I’m not the right fit, I help you find what you need.
I only have the capacity to provide Employee Care to a select few organisations. It works especially well for employees in professional services firms. I’ve been there too and understand your world.
We start with a trial period and take it from there. There’s no risk to you whatsoever. I help you introduce the service to your employees at no cost and you only pay for the time used.
