Good old fashioned Ps and Qs.
They’re a little out of fashion in some workplaces these days.
In fact, a lot out of fashion.

According to Professors Christine Porath and Christine Pearson…
Incivility at work is on the rise.

They found that 98% of people report experiencing uncivil behavior at work.

They researched thousands of people.
About half of you are treated rudely at least once a week.
That was in 2011. Up from about a quarter in 1998.

I don’t think it’s any better since then (but I’d love to know your experience).
